Our Main Playing Facilities

L Valley Soccer operates across several fields in and around the valley, giving us the space to run programs for players of all ages and skill levels. Our primary complex serves as the hub for most of our youth league games, weekend tournaments, and club training sessions.

The main complex features multiple full-size fields for our older youth and adult recreational divisions, along with smaller-sided fields designed specifically for our younger players — the U6 through U10 crowd who are still learning the game and honestly still figuring out which goal is theirs. We also have a dedicated warm-up area and a flat open space used for skill drills and small-group training.

Beyond the main complex, we use several satellite fields throughout the valley for practice nights and overflow scheduling during busy tournament weekends. These secondary sites are just as important to our day-to-day operations, and many of our teams call them home for the bulk of their weekly sessions.

Field Conditions and Maintenance

We take a lot of pride in keeping our fields in solid shape. Our groundskeeping crew works hard throughout the season to maintain safe, playable surfaces — mowing, lining, and aerating on a regular schedule. That said, like any outdoor facility, conditions can vary depending on weather, usage, and time of year.

During the spring and fall seasons, when the grass is growing and the weather cooperates, our natural turf fields tend to be at their best. Winter and early spring can bring muddy patches and soft spots, especially after heavy rain. We always do our best to communicate field closures or condition updates through our website and social media channels, so make sure you're following us to stay in the loop.

We also have access to synthetic turf surfaces at partner facilities in the area, which come in handy during stretches of rough weather or when demand for field time is especially high.

Amenities and What to Bring

Our main complex has restrooms on site, a small covered seating area for spectators, and parking that — let's be real — can get a little chaotic on tournament weekends. We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes early on busy game days and carpooling when you can. It makes a big difference.

There's no permanent concession stand at most of our fields, but we regularly have volunteer-run snack tables and pop-up food setups during league events and tournaments. Bringing your own water, snacks, and sunscreen is always a good call, especially during the warmer months when games run back-to-back.

For spectators, folding chairs or a portable blanket are your best friends. Sideline shade can be limited depending on the time of day, so a wide-brimmed hat and some sunscreen go a long way on those bright Saturday afternoons.

Field Etiquette and Club Rules

We want our fields to be a welcoming space for everyone — players, parents, coaches, and referees alike. A few basic guidelines help keep things running smoothly:

Stay off the field during games unless you're a player, coach, or authorized official. We know it's tempting to wander over when your kid's team is in the box, but sideline boundaries exist for a reason.

Clean up after yourself. There are trash cans near the parking areas and along the main paths. Please use them. Our volunteer crews already put in a lot of hours — let's make their job a little easier.

Respect the referees. This one's big for us. Our refs — including many who are young officials just learning the ropes — deserve to do their jobs without getting an earful from the sidelines. Positive encouragement only, please.

Dogs are welcome on a leash, but please be mindful of other families and always clean up after your pet.

Renting or Reserving Field Space

L Valley Soccer occasionally makes field space available for outside groups — whether that's a birthday party scrimmage, a school team looking for extra practice time, or another local organization hosting an event.
